We want you to love your CurvyGlow shapewear. If you're not 100% satisfied, we're here to help.
FOR ORDERS WITH INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES: We cannot offer a refund for an order that was unable to be delivered if you did not provide us with your full address (including apartment number if applicable).
Returns
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery. To be eligible:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, bodysuits and shapewear must be tried on over underwear.
To start a return
Email us at hello@curvyglow.store with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us at hello@curvyglow.store and we'll help arrange a quick exchange.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Concerns
We offer partial and full refund for customers who are unable to wait for delivery due to elongated shipping times. If you believe your order is eligible for this please don't hesitate to contact hello@curvyglow.store.
